All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We aim to process orders as quick as possible

Pricing will vary depending on your state for items/orders over 5kg. This will be calculated at the checkout. The size or weight of the parcel, whichever is greater will determine which price you will be charged.
Most bulky items and our landscape products will not have an option to arrange shipping through our website, if you wish to have something bulky shipped, please contact us by phone or email for a quote. Pricing will depend on the sizing, weight and destination.
Most parcel freight is shipped through Australia Post, taking an estimated 2 or more business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
- Metro delivery: Within 2-7 business days
- Regional delivery: 5-7 business days
- Remote delivery: Within 7-14 business days

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 45 Hume Street, Taminda 2340, Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, Please bring a form of ID and your order confirmation with you when you collect. Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm
Saturday: 8am - 1pm
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@easters.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@easters.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
